Maselli TP10 -Total Package Analyzer

The Maselli TP10 is an innovative Total Package Analyzer designed for the brewing industry. The
analyzer can be used with a wide variety of package shapes and sizes .Once the package is placed in the
TP10 the analyzer automatically pierces the container and measures the headspace volume ,CO2 and O2
concentration of both the liquid and headspace of the package.

Maselli UR24 Process Refractometer

The UR24 digital refractometer is a stand-alone unit designed for direct installation in-line or in a tank

The Carbotec TR-PT CO2-transmitter inline measures continuously the content of dissolved
carbon dioxide in liquids. Typical applications include the in-line quality control in the brewing
and beverage industry or the controlled carbonisation of beer and beverages.

Optical Oxygen Sensor

The Oxygen concentration transmitter OxyTrans TR measures continuously and accurately
measures the content of oxygen in liquids and gases. While the OxyTrans was originally
designed for breweries, it has found service in other industries demanding these levels of
accuracy, for example power plants or bioreactors.
The O2-concentration can be displayed in different units like ppb, ppm, %oxygen, etc.

Zahm & Nagel CO2 Piercing Device

CO² Testers for Cans & Bottles

The Zahm Model D.T. Piercing Device is used to test carbonated beverages for volumes of CO² gas
in glass/PET bottles and cans. This instrument uses a dual scale pressure gauge (0-60 psi & 0-
4.2kg/cm2) and an adjustable 2″ dial thermometer (25/125ºF & -5/55ºC). It is available in one and
three liter sizes. The Series 6000 Piercing Device will provide rapid and accurate determination of
gas volumes in alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages when used with the two pressure/temperature
charts furnished with the instrument.

CO2 Measurement

LP20-Laboratory and At Line CO2/O2 Meter

Thanks to its portability features, the LP20 can be used either in the laboratory or at line for measuring CO2 and Oxygen of any beer and wine. For measuring the CO2 the equipment uses the ATR infrared. For measuring the dissolved oxygen, it uses an optical sensor. When used in the laboratory, the LP20 can be easily connected to the Maselli Automatic Sampler SL01 for handling all types of containers (can, bottle, PET, etc.)

LABSCAT 2 Dual-Angle Lab Turbidimeter

The LabScat monitors turbidity in liquids, using a single light source to detect transmitted light and scattered light at 90° and 25°. This allows colour-compensated dual-angle measurement according to MEBAK and EBC standard, in bottles and glass cuvettes. Bottle rotation and water-bath minimize disturbing influences, the quality of the water bath is monitored. Operation is done via a colour touchscreen. No tools are required for routine maintenance. Calibration check is simply performed with a calibration unit with a glass reference, which is part of the scope of supply. Sample ID and handling measuring data are performed using digital interfaces (USB, Ethernet with web browser).
